Villa Elena: Accommodation and Availability

Welcome to Villa Elena in Thessaloniki!

Villa Elena is a perfectproperty for those seeking a tranquil location with privacy and comfort as well as being conveniently close to Thessaloniki and the nearby beaches of the region.

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay at our Villa is 3 days all year round with the exception of July and August where due to high demand, the minimum stay is 7 days. Please do take that in mind during your bookings.

Interior

Enjoy your privacy while indulging in the most luxurious living available in Thessaloniki. Villa Elena can accommodate up to 12 people. The main building is equipped with 3 King Size double beds, 3 single beds, and 3 large sofa beds in 4 separate fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Spread throughout three floors, all bedrooms have individual access to 4 luxurious bathrooms accordingly out of which three have a shower.

On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom. A fully equipped and independent space with a large bathroom, with a jacuzzi bath, shower, and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has its own balcony and fireplace to make sure that you miss none of the experience.

On the middle floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with two separate dining areas. The kitchen is all-inclusive and fully equipped with all the utensils that you may need. Here you will also find two coffee machines, a Nespresso and a filtered coffee machine. On the same floor are the living room, two bedrooms, and bathrooms. Here you will also find a fully functional fireplace in case you are visiting us in the winter.

The lower floor is where the fourth bedroom is located. With three single beds and a full bathroom with a shower, it is ideal for families with children.

The exterior of Villa Elena

Our guests can make use of the barbeque facilities provided on the premises. An ideally created space for the fans of barbecue. With a fully equipped Kiosk that comes with a kitchen and all available utensils, our kiosk has an ensuite bedroom as well as multiple dining areas near the pool.
